Wins would not be devalued, thus the rivalries wouldn't be devalued. Winning would still be important because if you win your division, you get in the playoffs. If you win a good amount of games beyond just winning your division, you'd get a home game on WC weekend. If you win a LOT of games, you get a bye weak and HF throughout. Winning is still important, and beating your divisional foes is still the best way to punch that all-important ticket to the postseason.
