What does it mean exactly to "defraud"

I don't speak lawyer.

They filed claims that they spent $40-50k on medical equipment and were to be reimbursed that amount, then forged paperwork claiming they made those purchases when in reality they never spent a dime on what they said they did.

So it's just insurance fraud. Gotcha.

C'mon guys, we need to keep this to football.

How do we think this may impact the current football league in the Kentucky state penitentiary? Portis is the most famous of the players, but will the inmates subscribe to a moneyball approach and devalue him as a RB during their draft of intra-jail teams?

Portis is past his prime. He's like... 80 (38, basically the same thing for a RB)

I hear they're 3 point favorites to beat the Guards this year. Though, it's dependent on if the recruiting class from the basketball courts includes a Hall of Fame WR and Nelly.

With a 3 point spread you always have to be concerned about the kicking game. One shank could completely change the outlook of the game when it's that close.
