Louis Friend
While I'm not fond of the jobs Quinn and Patricia have done thus far, I've always believed you give head coaches 3 years to turn a team around into their image. 2020 will be Patricia's 3rd year and if we don't see a vastly improved team, I'd gladly watch him walk and bring in someone new. I know I'm biased because I didn't believe Caldwell should have been fired. But I'm okay with Martha giving them one year on the hot seat to right this ship.

LionArkie
I'm going to post a completely useless and almost unbelievable conversation. My dad travels back and forth from Detroit to Nashville for work every Sunday. He meets some very interesting people on his trips as his company has him fly first class. On his flight Sunday, he sat next to Rex Ryan. My dad said he was a pretty cool guy and very funny. He asked if he was in Detroit for any job opportunities and he quickly denied it and said he was just on a connecting flight for Nashville. Somehow, some way, the conversation came up about Patricia. According to my dad, Ryan said "The Lions hired exactly the right guy to get them to 5-11". Take it for what it's worth, but I thought it was an interesting little tidbit from their conversation. That's a vote of confidence. Did the subject of feet ever come up?

Interesting. I don't take much of what Ryan says seriously, though... the guy guaranteed Super Bowls each season, yet didn't have a winning record over his last 6 seasons.
