DJ Swearinger if he can regain his form from the past couple years.

DJ Swearinger if he can regain his form from the past couple years. He was just cut recently by the Raiders after coming in to start in place of Karl Joseph. He was miserable. A liability in coverage and missed or gave little effort tackling on the field. He's not regaining any form. He was a street FA for a reason. Raiders cut him in favor of their 5th string safety.

Not sure if you have seen him play lately. Quality is definitely not a word I would use to describe him

JMG5
I hope he plays special teams because I don't want him out there having to cover anyone.
Soko
Loved Swearinger. His breakout season is what I thought he’d be for most of his career. But he’s booty now. Calling him “quality” is a stretch (in a football sense).

Our rookie S Hampton was just put on IR and Bell missed last week to injury, so I think he's just in for veteran depth. Hopefully won't see him on the field too much

Nah we're pretty good there, honestly I could see DJ getting cut after Bell gets 100% healthy

I know he has had a down year this year, but I don't think the 8 games or whatever he has played this season are enough to fully write him off. He very well may continue his struggles with the Saints, but at least he is being put on a team with quite a bit of talent around him compared to being in Arizona/Oakland earlier this year, so maybe this is the change of scenery he needs to bounce back.
Scoundrel
If CGJ wasn’t in the concussion protocol this signing doesn’t happen
