What are the Sunday plans for January?

Seeing as The Cowboys season is just to about to end, I’m curious as to what the loyal and often delusional fan base will be doing on Sundays in Jan.

As I’m a good guy, I’ve googled a few events in Texas which you’ll be able to visit to help with the grieving process.

11/12th Jan (Divisional round playoff matchups)

The Galveston/Mainland Boot and Hearts dance (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/galvestonmainland-boots-and-hearts-dance-auction-2020-tickets-61903459915)

a night of line dancing, rodeo, and chewing tobacco...  tickets start at $50 (about what Dak should be earning per game)

19th Jan (Conference Championship)  Dallas Mavericks vs Portland Trailblazers.  Spend your weekend watching a proper sports team with a genuine superstar.  A team that has brought pride and honor to a city where other sports teams have attempted to stink the place out.

2nd Feb (Super Bowl) The Medieval Theatre (https://www.medievaltimes.com/)

a night of watching old tapes of Aikman, Smith, Sanders etc.  A happy time where people knew Dallas as somewhere more than the location of an 80s sitcom and the death of JFK.  I think there might be some sword fighting too.

I hope all Dallas fans enjoy their January.

Let em talk. Yeah, Dallas will lose tomorrow, but then the NYG will beat Philly next week as we roll Wash.

I would recommend the NYD parade but Philly managed to F that up too. They took it out of South Philly where it was tradition. I grew up Half a block from Broad and Snyder. I could hear the parade from my backroom window.

We used to host an open house, folks I didn't even know coming in and out for a beer and a sandwich or soup.

It was great. And Philly screwed up one of their signature traditions! What a bunch of tools!
