They could play it entirely safe and still have a shot at a FG at least. That is bizarre. Only explanation is some kind of injury worry. I dont like the decision to throw it underneath, seemed like he had time and didnt even look to see if White could get free on the other side. ChazStandard Posted December 29, 2019 Share Posted December 29, 2019 Simply put, since Gordon/Brown left, the WRs outside of Edelman just don't get open. They are never open 1v1. Either Edelman gets open and makes a play (or drops it), or Brady is forcing it to Dorsett/Meyers/Sanu/Harry who have a CB in their back-pocket.
