onejayhawk
Matt Miller's new list. Unless you were drafting him for strictly Center duties? Then the question becomes "do we need another Center?".
onejayhawk
You don't expect a 5th OL to step in and play. Learning the position is expected. Hennessy is a 1st/2nd round talent with medical issue. At this point in the draft, the upside offsets the risk. J
mayanfootball
Can't pass up McKinney. Is a need probably anyway. onejayhawk
I was not planning on drafting exclusively for defense, but the only time I had a reasonable offensive alternative was the last pick. Instead I went for a dice roll that could wash out in camp, but could also become a stud. OTC Composite. 32: EDGE YETUR GROSS-MATOS PENN ST. 63: DL ROSS BLACKLOCK TCU 96: S KYLE DUGGER LENOIR-RHYNE 138: LB TROY DYE OREGON 177: CB STANFORD SAMUELS III FLORIDA ST. valkrei
New steve/steve Plugs 2 weak areas on Defense, gives us legit RB (plug n play), and OT of the future and Cesar could start day one imo. 1. LB Kenneth Murray 2. C/G Cesar Ruiz 3.S Terrel Burgess 4. RB AJ Dillon 5. OT Charlie Heck

I don’t think Dillon has good enough feet to excel with us. Just not really a fan of backs like him, but he can definitely be a good back with the right teams. Just my option though

onejayhawk
Ugh. I am firmly against using a pick in the top 100 for a RB. Not thrilled with Taylor, but the rest is OK. D'Andre Swift is mocked to us by many pro's, with our first round pick. Dobbins is a 2nd. rd. pick. Another DeAndre, DeAndre Washington is only signed to a one year contract. Dobbins is the only top back without medical issues, odometer/usage issues, ball protection issues or height/pass pro problems. Dobbins has the luxury of not having to be thrown into the fire immediately full time. He has the luxury of learning Andy's system 1st year.
