Yeah normally it's just on one side because the other is getting something bigger in return. It counts for both in that instance since the party trading something away is getting a benefit as well. In this instance we are compensating each other fairly player wise and just need a small bit of compensation to offset the ages of the players. It likely hasn't been done before because of the 100% contract requirement. Now that everything is a straight 75% opens up a wider range of value for 3 Up and Overs. That was the intention for people to use them more. Spreadsheet wise I would just put the player going to the team as their 3 Up.
