If McD gets the gig look for him to potentially bring in Chad O'Shea as OC and Jerry Schuplinski as the QB coach.

Both guys he's coached with. O'Shea was the Pat's WR coach for some years.

O'Shea, who just got canned, was Dolphins' OC this year. He helped resurrect the careers of Devante Parker and Mike Geseki. His offense average 28 pts. a game the last 5 games of the season.

If we can get a legit qb coach that would be boss, he worked preifer with the broncos so hopefully they can rekindle that old realtionship.

Also, hopefully he can keep campin, oline coach is super important.

Good news in that regard, when McD got the Denver gig in '09 he kept Rick Dennison, their established OLine coach, even though they had no previous association.

He seemed to be able to swallow his pride and retain the previous good coaches.

Imagine if McDaniels goes to the Giants and Stefanski finalizes a verbal agreement to the Panthers all before the Browns interview because of their disbelief in the Haslam's/this organization.

It would be Cleveland fan/media mayhem.

Brian Daboll, Jim Schwartz, Robert Saleh, Greg Roman, and Eric Bieniemy.

I'd legit go with Daboll for all his reported communication, vision, and leadership traits.  And it would still be madness.

Everyone who says mcdaniels can’t change get no say on daboll.  His coaching style was abusive to the point where I specifically remember an article saying that the offensive line told cold McCoy to disregard the beratement he got in the huddle Via daboll talking in his ear on a consistent basis.  Apparently they (everyone on the staff) was mean to lower level employees

saleh is my 3rd choice

Yeah once 10 years ago. One of those Miami/patriots  guys will be our qb coach.

Probably....but his brother hired him in that job once. Always possible he does so again.

Again, it probably ends up not him, but it's possible.
