BullsandBroncos
Men wearing puffer jackets have enough padding for me to scissor kick them in the chest for doing so.

They definitely have their uses but fashion isn't one of them.

A big puffy jacket makes it hard to tell what’s puffy jacket and what’s puffy belly.

Your puffy face and sausage fingers make guessing fairly easy.

incognito_man
Essential piece of outdoor gear? Wear my 900 fill westcomb everyday in WI winters. Like a boss. Then, if it's Sub zero and/or windy, the hardshell over it.
Dr LBC
I don't wear them and rarely see people wear them, but the thin ones would be passable in my opinion. As with most things jacket or coat related, proper fit/tailoring is always going to look substantially better than loose-fitting/poor-fit. Please note, I'm in no way advocating for "skinny fit" anything. If you've got the figure where trim fit stuff has that proper fit appearance on it, go for it, but skin-tight or thereabouts is not proper fit for anything other than workout-wear.
