I think it'll be McDaniels

I want Ron Rivera if we can still get him. If not I want Jim Caldwell. I believe he'd be the adult we need to lead, who is offensive-minded and has had head coaching success. I believe he'd be the right guy for us right now.

I’d probably take Stefanski though as nerd god DePodesta says he’s the guy.  That’s good enough for me. I’d actually really love to see him as the HC and bring in Shurmur as the OC.  Shurmur is a really good OC and he’s not going to get a 3rd shot as a HC I wouldn’t think, so he’s here for a while.

I’m in no way an Ohio state fan but I’ve always admired urbs leadership and ability to hire great assistants. That’s what we need right now.
