I don't disagree, but with White there was little talent and the precedent for winning anything significant wasn't there. Once they saw there was a chance they invested heavily to move on with Robinson, Gabriel, and drafting Miller. 

If he is willing to risk his job for Tru then by all means let him. I wouldn't. Lol.

I am pretty sure Nagy calls the plays - so the play call issues dont fall at the OC, he most likely just designs the plays Nagy uses. He could design great plays but Nagy may have no feel for calling the right ones OR the QB is ***- well both can be true actually
