Why is this funny? They're just signing him to their 90 man roster...

If you kept up with Dallas football you would know. Signing him to anything is not a good idea.

... lol. I have been keeping up with Dallas football, all year. Sorry, had been keeping up with their season.

He hasn't been great, but neither has Sam Ficken.

If you kept up then you know why I posted that. He was horrible. He did have I believe a 62 or 63 yarder. But outside of that it was completely 50-50 if he would a FG or PAT. His average isn't probably to far from that anyway. So yea, LOL, at signing him to any type of contract....no matter what it is.

And I'll let the little sideways dig slide.

Ficken was 70% on FGs and 88% on XPs.

Maher was 66% on FGs and 100% on XPs.  (last year 80% and 97%)

Certainly worth the competition, there aren't a ton of kickers available

No argument on the competition. I haven't looked it up but I thought he missed a PAT or two. Could be mistaken on that. But 66% is horrible and yes it is hard to find good kickers these days it seems.

Keith Duncan is gonna be in high demand if he decides to declare. Could end up being one of those rare occasions where a kicker leaves early.

We've seen great college kickers fall flat on their faces in the NFL. I would just get my degree if I was a kicker.
