BayRaider
Before anyone laughs at Orlovsky, if you said the Niners would be in the Super Bowl this year Pre-Draft and Pre-FA, you’d be quoted 27 times and laughed off the forum. Same thing with the Eagles in 2017. Eagles were projected at 6.5 wins that year. 49ers projected at 8 wins this year. Carr is not a good QB, Brady is. - Top 3-5 OL - Top 5-6 TE - Top 8-9 RB in Jacobs - Top 10-12 HC in Jon Gruden who loves working with vet QBs The Raiders finished 7-9 this year with the toughest schedule in the NFL, one of the toughest in the sports history. They didn’t have a home game for 2 months, only 7 homes, and played tough teams all season. - Use Pick 12 on Javon Kinlaw (DL’s win Championships). Maxx looked like a stud on the Edge last year. - Use Pick 19 on a WR like Henry Ruggs or Tee Higgins - Sign CB Byron Jones in FA. We have loads of cap space, even more than we were suppose to have cause we got our cap room back from AB. You’d basically have a SB contender right there. The point I’m trying to make is people always over estimate the timing of rebuilds. The Raiders are ready this year with all the right moves. So are the Redskins, Buccaneers, Panthers, and Browns. Everyone calling the Browns a rebuild again when they could of been a year too early with a terrible HC. Redskins have a solid roster, solid HC, and possibly Alex Smith returning. That team was 6-2 pre Smith injury in 2018. Look at the Titans, this whole forum was talking trash about the Titans calling them a rebuild and saying they are FAR away at 2-4. Insert Ryan Tannehil and boom, they are a 12-4 type of football team. Point is, rebuilds don’t take very long, and Brady makes a lot of teams a SB contender. One being the Raiders who have tons of offensive talent. Edited January 31, 2020 by BayRaider

I think there are a lot of positives and negatives with both the Chargers and Raiders as possible destinations - out of interest, why do you think he wouldn’t entertain the Raiders?
