I've been member of this forum since 2007. Ten years is a long time and I've loved the majority of my time spent reading and discussing Patriots football on this forum. I've watched great posters like Hollywood14 and Finn54 come and go, read IceColdBruschi's rants, funny posters like NBT and Chauboy's, etc. With the old forum being archived and the birth of the new forum, I'd thought it'd be cool to create a thread for the Patriot's forum history.

Just read the 2011 Super Bowl thread. Now I'm sad. 

A game where everything goes wrong. Brady is so much better now, by the way. No way he makes that 4th Q lob Interception when it was 17-15.

I am still friends with hw14, @finn54 and chauboy... I'm also still friends with a few other prominent former memberst that I honestly don't even think of as FF guys because I've known em so long now. The super artist from Florida who likes mma, the guy who also liked the redskins and the other super english member from years ago. Along with @GoldenboyGB/ @Donut as well. I was just a lil teenager when I joined. Man, especially like GB, I'd totally forgot I met him on an internet forum given that I follow him all on social medias and he's much more active there. Man, dhunt as well. I think of him as a georgetown fan more than I do as a mod in here. 

I'm gettin all sentimental, ya'll.

Always a big fan of @ctpatsfan77 as well, I felt like he worked for the Patriots or something. 

I miss @Richter as well. Thankfull we still have murtry sloggin around.

Brady did throw a stupidly dangerous lob in SB51 - the play before the game winning TD. He has a tendency to try those.

I was there at the first day of TC for Edelman and this is what I had to say in response to ICB saying "Be prepared to be disappointed if you ever expect Julian Edelman to make a contribution in a Patriots uniform"

And yeah, someone had a huge hit in the ST drills today. The crowd popped.. but I didn't see who it was cause I was sitting on the hill on the other side, but if you heard it was Edelman, I'm sure it was, he was just all over the field, haha. Aiken is huge... but Edelman really does play and look a lot like Welker. 

He also looked a lot better than Greg Lewis, if that counts for anything... I know it's just camp, but he was looking real to me. You can get angry all you want and say he'll never do anything  But he looked real to me. JUST SAYIN.

The two guys you're describing are @xmike609x or whatever and SoxNats. Used to do madden sim leagues with Sox Nats when I was like 15.

The Bennett one? Yeah that was gut wrenching. I guess at least that has a noticeable purpose (being in the EZ). What he was trying vs Giants though I can't quite tell...
