Its been one day and they didn't set the cb market so obviously Howie doesn't know how to build a team (Even though he took a team dismantled by Chip Kelly and turned it into a SB winner and perennial contender in two years). I was responding to one of you armchair gms who said that Howie doesnt know what hes doing because he didnt sign who they and the media expected them.
