He's going to need a massive 2018 off-season to stay on the roster if he doesn't straight up get cut before the season is over. I think he was only ever going to be relied on as a complementary back, but now the team needs long-term insurance for even that. If Allen doesn't impress this year we might be looking at the Ravens investing in two backs this offseason since West will be an unrestricted free agent.
