MrOaktown_56
I figured a lot of these will be coming out so I figured I'd make a thread so we can keep it organized. I'll be making one pretty soon.

drfrey13
Just a quickie while the kids and wife are gone. Main Cuts: Whitehead and Jackson: I think we can replace both with rookies and we have to many holes with to much $ locked into the o-line. Time to get younger and cheaper on the O-line. If I was going to spend $10 million on another guard I would rather sign Sherff anyways. At the right price FA re-signings: I would be hesitant to pay more. Worley - 4 yr $24 M Joseph - 4 yr $22 M Good - 3 yr $12 M Mayowa - 2 yr $10 M Jordan - 2 yr $10 M Morrow - 2 yr $5 M FA Signings: Emmanuel Sanders 2yr $20 M - Some people wanted Green but I am going a different route with an old WR. Danny Trevathan 3 yr $22.5 M - I have wanted to sign him for a while. He appeared to be one of the few Bears players that did not quit mid season before he got hurt. Carlos Hyde 3 yr $10 M - Would be a good #2 back and runs hard. I would take Crowell back also. Arik Armstead 5 yr $85 M - Building a dominant D-line. James Bradberry 4 yr $45 M - With Rivera gone Bradberry hits the market. Not elite but a good CB opposite Mullen. 12: R1P12 DL DERRICK BROWN AUBURN 19: R1P19 LB KENNETH MURRAY OKLAHOMA 80: R3P16 LB JORDYN BROOKS TEXAS TECH 81: R3P17 G DEONTE BROWN ALABAMA 92: R3P28 WR JUSTIN JEFFERSON LSU 118: R4P15 CB DAMON ARNETTE OHIO STATE QB Carr Kizer RB Jacobs Hyde FB Ingold WR Williams Jefferson Jones Ateman TE Waller Moreau Carrier LT Miller Parker LG Incognito C Hudson James RG Brown Good RT Brown Sharpe WR Sanders Renfrow Gafford DE Armstead Ferrell Jordan DT Hankins Hall DT Brown Hurst DE Crosby Mayowa Key WLB Brooks Morrow MLB Trevathan SLB Murray Lee CB Bradberry Worley Nixon S Abram Joyner S Joseph Harris CB Mullen Johnson Arnette Cap would be tight but this is a solid team without any glaring holes. My only issue is starting 2 rookies LBers but they are still better than what we had last year and Lee and Morrow are there to push them or takeover. That D-line is beefy and can still get after the QB. Edited January 7, 2020 by drfrey13

Williams., he was pretty good before the foot injury and I think it hindered him for the rest of the season. Those injuries take like 6 months to a year to get over (according to google). If we get Anthony Harris and Cory Littleton, and we hit on the draft a second time around, I'm thinking playoffs. This would just be a dream scenario honestly. I don't know how well it would work, but my guess/hope would be contending for the playoffs for sure. They are very different WRs. And nothing about Robbys game strikes me as a #2 WR. He’s a #3 WR, and not even a top tier #3 WR. We already have a #3 guy in Renfrow. Not even Jet fans will agree Robby is a #2.

Williams last 4 seasons: 195 receptions, 3,091 yards (15.8 avg), 22 TD Anderson last 4 seasons: 207 receptions, 3,059 yards (14.8 avg), 20 TD Williams is 6'4" 205 and ran a 4.42 while Anderson is 6'3" 190 and ran a 4.38. They're extremely similar players.

He's also already in house so no need to try to fish Anderson out of the market.
