mse326
@MookieMonstah Let me ask you this. When he went to the players in the middle of the game and said the signs were different than what he told them before the game, where did they think he got that information? Do teams not figure out signals mid game literally all the time? At the end of the day, this wasn’t some giant scheme. Manfred goes out of his way to say it only happened a handful of times and that they found zero evidence it occurred in the 2018 post season or beyond. This only benefited the Sox in anyway when a runner was on 2B. It’s not even close to what the Astros did and Manfred went out of his way to say the Red Sox organization had no idea nor could they have had any idea that he was doing it. So again, people either believe the report or they think Manfred is covering up stuff. I’m not concerned if a bunch of tin foil hats thing something is amiss. Okay... and Chris Correa was the only one found to have any knowledge of this, no? MLB found he acted alone. I don't see how this disproves literally anything but keep leading that mob of angry tin foilers.

A replay guy wouldn't figure out signals unless using video. He isn't on the field to do that naturally You keep bringing up the Astros like we are saying it's the same. Who said that? We can think he just didn't do a good job

The fact that Manfred said it happened a small percentage of the time and even if he hadn't given players immunity that he STILL wouldn't have punished any Red Sox players paints a pretty clear picture. It was one guy, who was the advanced scout and couldn't help himself at times when he saw something on screen. Thats not some calculated cheating scheme. Someone bitter. Yankees, Indians, Dodgers fans DESPERATELY want this to be true so they can pretend they should've won a WS. Bro, we already know the Red sox cheated. Some of the players were involved. No one needs to pretend anything.

What must suck? A report coming out saying the 2018 WS is legit and some grown man whining on a message board? Life is great my guy. Except for being on lock down, that part sucks. Manfred went out of his way to say players didn’t know about this and even if he could punish them he wouldn’t have. Must suck for your conspiracy theory to be this far fetched huh? Keep moving those goal posts though. Edited April 29, 2020 by MookieMonstah
