I like Kyle Pitts but unless he’s Evan Engram running sub 4.4, I’m not taking a TE around one. Last time we did was with Ebron and while he’s grown into a very stable starter, the opportunity cost was two future hall of famers (Donald + Mack) getting taken shortly thereafter.

Pitts wins in ways Engram never could. And engram ran 4.42

Gronk wasn’t a first round pick. Neither Kelce, Waller, Ertz, etc.

In terms of positional value, you could make a real case TE goes below RB, and unlike RB (Zeke + Saquon) the highest picks have rarely been worth the value.

Greg Olson maybe? I think TJ Hockenson is closing in on a top 7 TE spot if he isn’t there already.
