Bryant isn't a fluid enough athlete to project as a meaningful receiving threat, and he doesn't have the strength to be an in-line blocker. He's underweight for an NFL tight end, which is also going to cause problems for him as a blocker and limit his ability to go over the middle. There literally has not been a tight end with his combination of traits who has made it in the league in the past ten years.
