Cuba 2020 Class

1.13: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU
1.16: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville
2.13: Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor
3.13: Ezra Cleveland, OT, Boise State
5.10: Matt Hennessy, C, Temple
6.12: Jabari Zuniga, Edge, Florida

Since PFA and a couple shameless other plugs will happen in the future, I’m mostly happy all these guys will get drafted for two years in a row.

And we would agree that Ertz is the better athlete. But Harrison isn't an "awful" athlete. That's you taking a stance, and then trying to punt it as far as humanly possible. In the words of Byan Colangelo's wife in the wake of "Burner Gate". 'Find a new slant'.

It's not "taking a stance," it's looking at the basic minimum athletic ability a player needs to have to make it to a second contract in the league.

Bryant isn't a fluid enough athlete to project as a meaningful receiving threat, and he doesn't have the strength to be an in-line blocker. He's underweight for an NFL tight end, which is also going to cause problems for him as a blocker and limit his ability to go over the middle. There literally has not been a tight end with his combination of traits who has made it in the league in the past ten years. The nicest things I can say about him are that his straight-line 40 wasn't terrible and Combine 3 cone times were relatively poor across the board for all positions this year, so maybe he's not as bad in that department as the testing numbers say he is.
