While baker may have been cut for legal reasons, the cost wasn't as high as Gilbert which makes Gilbert the larger bust 2. However, Gilbert did get a second chance in the league (albeit a short one), we'll see what happens with Baker. EDIT: The Cleveland front office changed after Gilbert was drafted, too. Not saying he would have stuck around had the original GM survived another year, but it's a point Baker doesn't have in his favor. What happens if you fill your roster up with waiver guys for these guys but they return after 3 games? You now have to cut someone who isn’t locked?
