hornbybrown Posted January 8, 2020 Share Posted January 8, 2020 What are the best podcasts and who do you guys follow on Twitter for Browns and NFL news? i listen to Cleveland Browns Daily which is ok but obviously being part of the organisation means they are a bit limited in what they say. who do you guys follow on Twitter and listen to as far as podcasts ? AkronsWitness Posted January 8, 2020 Share Posted January 8, 2020 (edited) CBD is extremely sugary sweet because they cant be overly critical of the Browns since their affiliation--though Nate Zegura is the best on air talent that the Browns have to offer outside of Ken Carmen. The Really Big Show died 6-7 years ago when Aaron Goldhammer started to run it into the ground and treat Cleveland Sports like TMZ. 850 in general has fallen to pieces and the only show to really make a effort to listen to is CBD strictly for player interviews/exclusive stuff around draft/training camp time. Bull and Fox is decent if you can stand Bull screaming like a moron. Dustin Fox is pretty good and they have a lively show. Baskin and Phelps was made for 50 year old sports fans and is super slow paced. Both hosts talk over/interrupt eachother constantly which triggers those with OCD issues. The Thomahawk podcast is great with Joe Thomas/Andrew Hawkins. A lot of different perspective thinking from former players. Yeah podcasts are a must 92.3 has Ken Carman and Anthony Lima Bull and Fox Baskin and Phelps Chico After Dark really objective with them lol they call Jimmy an idiot and The Orange and Brown podcast which is run by Mary Kay that one is actually very solid man I'd definitely listen to what they have to say if you do the podcast they usually break it up into 3 10-15 minute segments daily which will have an interview with specific people and insiders which makes it a lot better than just randomly listening to the radio. Doug Lesmiresedsrsfds whatever. For sports in general, the Ringer stuff is good overall. Stick to Football is okay.
