Carr has some of the worst pocket presence and is incapable of eluding rushers. Carr cannot go off script if they play breaks down he panics and it either 1 yard dump off throw out of bounds or go full Peyton Manning and go fetal before he can take a shot. He usually runs into the sacks instead of trying to make a play with his legs. He is completely shell shocked and 2017-now it seems he won’t recover mentally and be nothing more than a below average game manager.
