x0x
I think it's pretty clear cut for the bottom 13 teams to choose your 10. The Giants of course won a Super Bowl so that depends on how much weight you put on 1 great season amid a lot of disappointment. And the Browns are probably going to be everyone's worst. Still, rank the 10. Browns Worst season 0-16, additional 1 and 3 win seasons 10 losing seasons, 0 playoff appearances Jaguars Worst season 2-14, additional two 3 win seasons 8 losing seasons, 1 playoff appearance (1-1) Bucs Worst season 2-14, additional two 4 win seasons 8 losing seasons, 0 playoff appearances Skins Worst seasons two 3-13, additional 4 win season 7 losing seasons, 2 playoff appearances (0-2) Dolphins Worst season 5-11, additional two 6 win seasons 7 losing seasons, 1 playoff appearance (0-1) Raiders Worst season 3-13, additional three 4 win seasons 7 losing seasons, 1 playoff appearance (0-1) Jets Worst seasos 4-12, additional two 5 win seasons 6 losing seasons, 1 playoff appearance (2-1) Lions Worst season 3-12-1, additional 4 win season 6 losing seasons, 3 playoff appearances (0-3) Bills Worst season 4-12, additional four 6 win seasons 6 losing seasons, 2 playoff appearances (0-2) Giants Worst season 3-13, additional 4 win season 6 losing seasons, 2 playoff appearances (4-1) Bengals Worst season 2-14, additional 4 win season 5 losing seasons, 5 playoff appearances (0-5) Bears Worst season 3-13, additional two 5 win seasons 4 losing seasons, 2 playoff appearances (1-2) Chargers Worst season 4-12, additional two 5 win seasons 4 losing seasons, 2 playoff appearances (2-2)

We've had 5 losing seasons including finishes of 2-14, 3-13, and twice at 6-10. And although we've had 5 winning seasons, they've all been 9-7. 2 playoff appearances with a 2-1 record, but we're obviously still playing. Even with as bad as they currently are, it's still hard for me to include the Giants or Bengals in this discussion. One won a super bowl and the other was in the playoffs for half the decade. MWil23
The Browns shouldn't be #1, simply because of the fact that we shouldn't be able to win anything.

Although as a Giants fan I don't feel offended by their inclusion, but I don't think I'd list rank them as bottom ten. ShupacTakur
This should probably be reduced to a list of 5. Maybe 8 if you want to make it a clean 1/4 of the league. Once you get past the bottom 6 or 7 there's just not much separating the entries. In a league designed for parity the middle ground is huge. Probably not much variance in the teams that would make that 8-15 range.
MikeT14
To me, it's the Browns then the Skins then everybody else. Maybe the Bucs.

I would have guessed that Cardinals/Steelers Super Bowl was only about 5-6 years ago.

Mind you I can admit bias because in comparison to the 00s until the last 2 seasons of the decade we were definitely ham. So in comparison the 2010s seem pretty solid to me. That 2013 season when we went 10-6 in a stacked division too means we've essentially had 3 damn good seasons with 3 mediocre seasons. And we lost the 1 playoff game due to a completely riddled QB depth riding the 4th string guy in our playoff game, that's arguably one of the most justifiable playoff losses of the decade!
