Ranking the worst 10 Franchises of the Decade

I gave the Jags too much credit on my list due to recent AFC Championship bias. They should be 3 or 4 instead of 10.

After firing JG it feels like we should have been in the running for top spot in worst franchise. Dont know why.

I think when ranking these other factors should be considered other than just records. Such as Players drafted accomplishments (insight in possible future), number of coaching changes (how stable is the franchise), Conference titles could be a factor. Big trades/signings that set them back or gave them a short term push to take there shot when they thought they had it.
