I still do it.  I don't care that Massie is still making good money.  I try Massie at guard and/or keep him as depth.  How many old big OTs have made good guards later in their careers?  Many have also been mediocre OTs that excelled at G.    I have lost count.   Its G's who can rarely play OT.   

I think you need to fix OT first on any O line and Conklin is best available unless Trent Williams enters FA somehow.

OT is the hinge of any zone single back running attack IZ or OZ.  

I knew/know an amazing coach who literally started his O line calls with the OT rather than the center so the run always had the best OT/G or OT/TE combo and RB targeted OL and then made his cut off play side LB read.  

  It worked brilliantly.  All his teams ran for like a billion yards little league through varsity HS in FL.
