BayRaider
Just now, Forge said: I'd also bracket Kittle, particularly in the Packers situation. Their linebackers simply can't keep up with Kittle or the running backs. They need help there. Also, I lowkey wouldn't be shocked if Breida is scratched this game. He's in a rut. He probably won't be, but I wouldn't be shocked if he is. If he's active, he may not see a carry. The guy has 3 fumbles in his last 16 carries, which is really bad lol. Niners are #2 in rushing and I don't think it matters what RB Kyle has to be honest. His concepts in the run game and overall passing attack are what makes his run game effective.

Obviously Aaron Jones is the best talent out of each grouping, but the 49ers are just good at running the football. They had 500 more yards rushing, they had a higher yards per attempt, more touchdowns. It's a true committee, 3 man style, and while none of them is Jones, the unit as a whole is damn good. By DVOA, the offensive line was also graded worse in adjusted line yards compared to green bay and much higher in open field yards, so it's not an offensive line thing. I would easily take Aaron Jones and Jaamal Williams over all three Niner RBs. So I could definitely see why the graph is like that. It's comparing the RB position and not the actual Running Games. One week Mostert can go off or it's Coleman. Breida won't be playing much this week unless we're winning. That's the creativity that we have in the run game, any guy could step up. Same with our WRs, there's never one clear cut favorite who will be getting the ball.

Manny/Patrick
I think we lose if JG goes full DeLOLomme, which given how the playoffs have played out, will happen

BayRaider
Packers HC is consulting McVay, someone who should of not been in the SB and got out chessed for 60:00. LaFleur should just talk to Rodgers and his OC, watch all the tape, see everything that went wrong, fix it, and be more creative. They should really focus on quick passes under center. When in shotgun, max protect and also do a lot of RB runs out of the gun. Long developing pass plays are not going to work on the 49ers. I would try quick passes, running to the outside, shotgun runs up the middle, etc. We’ll see.. I think the Packers are definitely outmatched but a good gameplan and execution can beat anyone any given Sunday.

When the guy continuously cuts your throat and then tells you about it, you develop a hatred, but once he is on your side doing it, it's a lot easier to swallow.
SkippyX
Good News :Green Bay only needs to win 1 game to get to the Super Bowl Bad News: They were -90 DVOA the last time they faced SF.
