Xmad
Parity in the AFC is a myth, in the NFC yes.
Nightmare
Until Bill Belichick has retired, I won’t be celebrating the end of the Patriots being a contender.

But we are getting closer to the day they inevitably part and the Pats need to reload some talent to their roster to be a real " Patriots type" contender next season. This was the best NFL Season and best NFL Playoffs I have watched in a long long time. We had eleven fantastic teams in the playoffs IMO, and the NFC East Representative. (just joking Eagle fans, kind of) Well that's what happens when you're the oldest team in the league and then have to run out the B Team for most of the year, especially the playoffs. Yes, but is Brady the same QB he once was? Brady has fended off Father Time better than I imagined he would but sooner or later FT wins. Unless BB retires at the same time as Brady does one of these days it will be interesting to see if BB can continue his remarkable successes without #12. Tetsujin
I think parity is overrated. I like having a big bad traditional powerhouse or two. It makes it more satisfying when they get knocked off.
FinSting
There was no parity, the Patriots were simply exhausted this year from all those extra playoff games of three straight Super Bowl appearances and needed some goldang rest.
