We're not going to be able to fix all the holes in one offseason.  You've got WR, OT, DL, and ILB at a bare minimum that need to be improved.  And longterm, you're probably going to need to think about RB, TE, IOL, and CB (depending on Kevin King).

I think it can all be fixed this year, but it requires a specific path being taken, and requires success with the first 3-4 draft picks...........which is a lot to ask.

I'd go DL, WR with the first two picks (either way round), then ILB in round three to pair with Kirksey, then as dictated by the big board, in some order RB, TE, IOL, CB, maybe QB. No RT because in my scenario Bryan Bulaga is retained. If the Packers cannot keep Bulaga, then there will be a hole somewhere.

Make no mistake....

Wagner ain't Bulaga.

Kirksey ain't Martinez.

But you have to be happy that we aren't barren at those positions right now.

GB playing in that Tier 2 or Tier 3 free agent pool.  Right where they should.

Hope not.  (Hooper)

Give me a DL who won't get what he wants in free agency.  There should be a couple of them.

Agreed. Value in this class is in DEF front 7. I want a DL in this class.

Because you just added 2 player for the cost of what one of those guys guys would cost on the open market.

Wouldn't be shocked to see Bulaga make twice as much as Wagner. Martinez is more stable than Kirksey but Kirksey "Can if healthy & totally healed" be a much more dominant presence in the middle than Martinez.

Yes.  Wagner isn't as good as Bulaga.  Kirksey has been too injured to think he's as good as Blake.

Yes, Bulaga and Martinez will demand more. Bulaga 12m and Martinez 10m

Also before last year ... Wagner was a good-great RT. Last year he was injured.
