This seems like a great time to remind people of the ignore function that this forum has.

follow this link: https://forums.footballsfuture.com/ignore/

and enter the username you want to ignore.  They will still show up when quoted by someone you’re not ignoring.  But it should still hopefully clear up some tension here.

Meh I don't like ignoring people unless it trolling. Windy is just being Windy.

Guess we'll find out at the latest by tomorrow what's going on with Floyd.

I think you have to keep him. Can you really open up another hole?

Average pass rushers are getting 10 million/season.

I think the Bears are stuck.

Why don't you just wait and see what happens...God free agency isn't over lol.  Impatience much?

Look at the remaining players. If they get you excited then good for you.

We are into the replaceable starter tier now on offense at least.

Lets say that these signings happen and the Bears lose

S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix 4/32 [5th]
LB Kevin Pierre-Louis 3/12 [6th]
OT Cornelius Lucas 2/6 [7th]

They would be on the board for 6 comp picks and 4 is the limit. They would be free to sign 2 guys to more than 2.5 million dollar deals without cutting into their picks acquired.

OG-4-5 million
OLB 4-5 million
S Tony Jefferson who was released.

You could to a degree address 3 needs and still have your full comp picks.

They have been bad.

What do you want me to do?

This mornings conversation has been about trying to improve the offense beyond the 2018 levels.

Well, you could stop saying that it's only someone else whose bitching when most of it is coming from you.

Let's be serious here.  The McCaskey's love Pace.  They trust Pace.  They need Pace.  So he's not gonna lose his job if Mitch fails or if we fail to make the playoffs in 2020.  Bitching is NOT gonna change that reality.

Being unhappy should lead to some constructive criticism but do you really believe he and Nagy don't understand their problems.  They do but you can only do so much so fast.  Desperation moves only lead to more problems and you don't have to look very far to find teams who are doing that continually yet never seem to improve.

We as fans need to face the fact that other than a QB to either push or replace Mitch most of whatever improvement we'll see in 2020 has to come from within.  That's reality.
