TRADE!!!!

Eagles trade WR Alshon Jeffrey to the Baltimore Ravens for a 5th Round pick.

So in this mock you have to stay under the cap for both the current year and they following year. Howie has been dumping cap in 2021 banking on an uncapped year or a major change to the CBA. So I started the mock ~2 million OVER the cap. So in order for me to even offer anyone more than a 1 year deal in free agency, I had to shed some 2021 cap. Factor in Alshon's injury, age and the supposed tension between him and Carson, this was a good deal for Alshon.

TRADE!!!

Eagles trade 3rd Round pick and 4th Round pick to LA Chargers for CB Casey Hayward and G Forrest Lamp

I gave up more than I wanted, but getting a top flight CB without getting into a free agency bidding war was worth it. I got Lamp as a throw in. I was haggling with the guy so I took a former first round pick to see what we got and get some offensive line depth.

What are your main goals for this offseason?

Win....lol

but seriously get younger overall, more explosive on offense, rebuild the back 7 on defense while  building a team that can win it all in 2020

To cut or not to cut Nigel Bradham.....

Current Cap space  without cutting Bradham.

2020: $29 million

2021: $6 million

With Cutting Bradham:

2020: $33 million

2021: $16 million

The bigger advantage is opening up that 10 million in 2021. In this mock you have  to stay under the cap in the following year, so if I don't cut Bradham, I can really only offer 1 year deals besides maybe to 1 guy. Cutting Bradham gives me more flexibility in that area but also opens up another hole on the roster to fill.

Thoughts?
