Step 1: Get in a time machine and go back to the 2017 draft and take Mahomes! xD

Yeah, we wouldn't have wasted a once in a generation talent like the Packers have done with Rodgers.

You guys should've traded up for him, too.

Everyone messed up by not giving up the Chiefs haul, not just the Bears.

They got a Superbowl win out of it and constantly in the playoffs. I think they did pretty well. There is a ton of luck to be able to get back in the SB and win it.

Dude, they're the most disappointing team of the last decade, hands down. Like it or not, Rodgers is a once in a generation talent and should've won more. They didn't win more than 1 SB because they ignored free agency and constantly relied on the draft to fix the defense. They wasted the best of Rodgers.

How many superbowls did Brees get to? or Dan Marino? He also has thrown a ton of interceptions in the playoffs, very uncharacteristic of his regular season play. It's also on him to not crap the bed.

Right, and I'd bet you Marino and Brees would tell you that the lack of SB appearances for the two of them is "disappointing," exactly what JAF said

Ted Thompson was a really bad GM who was retained for far too long simply because he had the "wisdom" to draft Rodgers.

After Favre had threatened to retire, three years in a row. So, Thompson's a ******* genius since he drafted another quarterback in that scenario...

In his defense, he did try to fix the defense thru the draft but just sucked in the player evaluation department. I remember saying that Rollins, Hix, and Randall were not very good and would be lucky to get a second contract and I would get roasted from Packers fans.

Yes, I agree Thompson was a bad GM. :)
