Seems like guys you might fire after a year while you have your footing and people ready to put in place but right now after the senior bowl and the combine coming up. sure will be interesting to see who they hire to replace those guys cause those are positions you don’t just eliminate I’m assuming Berry knows the staff and whose thoughts align with his, he’s only been gone a year.

If you think they are wanting to draft from a different philosophy or with biases (oh hey Miami) that you disagree with, then why not let them go? It's not like they won't be hiring more folks from the outside or moving up guys internally who agree with the FO philosophy.
NudeTayne
If Berry wants them gone in a year, get them out now.

Id imagine wolf ahould be able to adapt to a new philosophy, he is only 30 something. Also he needs the work.
Browns1987
Highsmith can take Thomas, Redwine and his philosophy somewhere else. We wasted one draft pick a year because of him and his love of Miami U.

I like redwine hebplayed well the last quarter. Also he was a 4th rounder, lets not pretend he was supposed to start or be a probowler. Chad though he sucks 18 minutes ago, Browns1987 said: We wasted one draft pick a year because of him and his love of Miami U.

I don’t see an issue with either tbh. I’d have taken Hubbard over Thomas if they wanted an end, but that’s just me. Alonzo was the guy pounding the table for Chubb too iirc. DawgX
Yeah Thomas was fine last year when given the chance. He'll likely never be a great pass rusher but he's a solid player overall. Redwine had up and down moments. Not sure what else you'd expect out of a fourth-round pick.
