Because AR went pass happy with MM and scored a bunch of points he didn’t emphasize bringing in a real DC. Cause and effect. Lol

AR was still the HC. A lot of the blame still has to fall on him as it does Doug if he lets Marty make us too one dimensional.

Not disagreeing with you, but Reid has to take majority of the blame.

Oh Andy absolutely gets most of the Blame. His Stupidity for a decade going 70-30 Pass wacky is what cost us a SB. People can blame McNabb all you want but when you have Duece, Westy, Buck, McCoy at your disposal.  At No point should you be asking Donovan to throw 50x a gm with Crap WR's., because He can!!!

Even when we got DeSean / Maclin and McNabb set Eagles Offensive scoring records in back to back seasons under Moron, it was still the Dumbest most lopsided 💩💩 ever!

There's a fair amount of hyperbole in here.  From 2001 to 2010 the Eagles never led the NFL in pass attempts; there were a few years they weren't even top 10:

2001 -- 14th, 2002 -- 8th, 2003 -- 13th, 2004 -- 8th, 2005 -- 3rd, 2006 -- 9th, 2007 -- 3rd, 2008 -- 4th, 2009 -- 8th, 2010 -- 7th

Not really. Most teams that lead the league in pass attempts have a average to below average Defense.  Typically Having to play catch up down 14-21pts.

That was never the case with a Jim Johnson led Defense. That's the difference when posting those numbers suggesting the Eagles weren't Pass Wacky. Curious what was our Rushing attempts standings were during those years? We always had a 60-40 or worse Pass Run type ratio in most games.

I'd love to know how many combined games both Westy and McCoy had during that span as a Eagle with 25 Rush attempts in a game?

This one only goes back to 2011, so it only catches the last couple of seasons of the AR era.  Not sure if there is one searchable for the previous decade or not.
