RULES

1. We will be going by the point system. 1st choice is worth 3 points, 2nd is worth 2, and 3rd is worth 1 point. The player with the most points at the end of the poll will be the selection.
2. Do not select the same player for multiple choices, doing so will nullify your vote(s)
3. If you feel very strongly about 1 player as the choice, you may vote for 1st choice only and abstain from the 2nd and 3rd choice by selecting [[Leave Blank]]
4. If you think a player should be selected that is not listed, please respond with a post who should be the selection.
5. Voting criteria is up to you. Meaning you can vote either for who you think the team SHOULD take, or who they WILL take.

Tua, an OT, and a pass rusher would be a dream 1st round for Miami.

I’m not an expert of the Phins but looking at how the draft fell I’d think Chaisson with 18 and then grab the OL here would have made most sense.

No kidding. Just looking at that Josh Jones pick makes me sick. Position force. Using a simple basic criteria like Lance Zierlein's ratings he's got Chaisson nearly a half point above Jones in terms of overall rating. That is a huge gap.

Anyway, here I went:

Henderson

McKinney

Queen

I love systems above subjectivity. Three defenders from the SEC. I'll take my chances. I saw Henderson play at Columbus High school in person many times. IMO, he is still underrated. I doubt he'll be there at 26 in the first place. McKinney is rated the highest safety on some boards. He would be a nice replacement for Minkah. Dolphins need to load up on smart players after so many decades of goofballs

Someone not on the list I think they could take is that Michigan Center.  Give Tua a LT and C to grow with for the next decade.  That is more important than anything.

Why would they reach here? May as well take BPA with all the holes to fill. Could probably get that C in the late 2nd.

If they think they can get him in the 2nd, then wait.  If they cant...then you protect your QB.

Bottom line.

1. Swift

2. YGM

3. Dobbins

I think Swift is the BPA, and while I understand there is certainly a Deflation at the RB position, the Fins MUST establish a running game.  I'm a Fins fan and watch every game and our leading rusher for 2019 was QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.  We must have an infuse of talent at the RB and OLine positions this Offseason if we are going to expect Tua to have any success in 2021.  We don't just need a RB that can be productive, we need a RB that is a threat to take it to the house and can run between the Tackles.  Everyone is so anti RB in round 1 these days and rightfully so, but at pick 26 I think Swift is still good value.  Keeping my fingers crossed for Uche in round 2 to address our Edge Rush.

I don’t disagree but he is far from the best OL available there.
