Capers enters his 33rd season as an NFL coach and his first season with the Vikings as Minnesota's senior defensive assistant in 2020. To be fair, the Jaguars aren't exactly the ivory tower of football organizations. And he likely won't be calling plays for the defense, to appease all Cheese-friends.
