It's literally in the title of the thread. Unless the word "biggest" has some different definition to you that the rest of the population doesn't follow, whether or not he's worse than the other guys in this thread (your words) does matter. Bush is not even the biggest bust from that 2006 draft - Tye Hill, Bobby Carpenter or Bush's old QB Matt Leinert probably wins that discussion. Vince Young was probably a bigger bust, if we're ignoring that first year when VY wasn't a complete disaster.
