All or Nothing - Eagles

Watched parts of every episode last night as I drifted in and out of sleep.

It's disappointing that the formula for the show is attempted human interest and game highlights.  Game highlights are easy to come by and human interest stories aren't that interesting. Oh yay, 3 of the players live together with a cute dog and have nerf gun wars.   They think the audience is mostly women?

What I want to see from an exclusive access show is game planning and practices and then compare it with what actually happened and how they dealt with it in game.

I get that they don't want to give away secrets and reluctant to cooperate, but league can force them and you can show some of it.   Anyone else with me?

Very disappointing.

What are your thoughts?

I am an Eagles fan and I don't care about this show.

If they get lucky and hit on a team that goes to OT of the Championship game or makes a Super Bowl run then the show has some merit.

As it is I get highlights on YouTube and I don't care about the players dogs.

You also got highlights of local radio guys thoughts.  Spoiler he is happy when they won and upset when they lost.

You can stream them online from anywhere and listen to podcasts of radio stations or Birds With Friends.

I was all over 97.5, 94.1, NBC SportsNet, and BwF after the Eagles won in 2017. I must have had access to like 100 hours of content.

When they beat the Cowboys this year to put them in position to win the division it was like wow, 9-7 champs!

I probably listened to 1 BwF and watched the highlights and Turning Point.

Turning Point is amazing  btw, especially for the playoffs. So is Mic'ed Up.

But ... can you get aerial shots of city landmarks?

Sometimes they showed the back up QB catching a plane to H.S. football games and back in same day.  He tells his kids to be good and not to fight while he is gone.  Crazy riveting stuff.

Wish these kinds of shows would go away. Bad for the teams who are forced into them.

I think they are great if done properly.

All or Nothing Rams was very good.  Could have been better, but was very good.

All or Nothing - All Blacks was pretty good too and I don't even know Rugby.

That's not the point. It's a nuisance for the players and coaches.

Lol.  Yes, so are post game media questions and commercials interrupting flow of game play.

They make a lot of $$$ that is shared by everyone.  They are going nowhere.

The league makes a lot of money that is shared by the entire league.
