(Why, replaces Lancaster and offers more upside.) Conner McGovern C/G Broncos 4yrs $10m 60% 2020 cap hit $7.0m. (Signed to play LG, Jenkins is moving to RT. OL is now BAk, McGovern, Patrick, Turner and Jenkins.) Nick Kwiatkoski ILB Bears 4yrs $6m 50% 2020 cap hit $4.2m. (Young and fast with cover skills.) Final Cap Space: $8.45m 2020 NFL Draft: #30. Scouting Report: D’Andre Swift School: Georgia Position: Running Back Class: Junior Height: 5’9″ Weight: 215 Scouting Report: Compact, powerful back with a strong base. A smart, patient runner that allows the play to develop, and waits for the offensive line to create running lanes. Very good vision and makes concerted decisions when a running lane appears. Very difficult to bring down due to not only his strong, low base, but also because he runs with excellent balance and leverage. Developing and proficient in the passing game and in pass protection. (Why? Could make the Packers more explosive. Also gives the Packers insurance if Jones decides he wants big bucks next year.) #62. Scouting Report: Lynn Bowden Jr. School: Kentucky Position: Wide Receiver Class: Junior Height: 6’1″ Weight: 200 Scouting Report: One of the most versatile offensive weapons in college football, Bowden has experience at receiver, quarterback and in the kicking game. Is extremely dangerous in the open field and can be moved all over the field in a creative offense. As a receiver, runs smooth, fluid routes. Gets out of breaks quickly and has an excellent burst after breaks, allowing him to easily get separation. Top end speed is also excellent. Is a natural catcher and thrower of the ball. (Why? Younger version of Randall Cobb. New Slot WR, can also offer PR specialist with Ervin handling kick offs.) #94. Scouting Report: Shane Lemieux School: Oregon Position: Offensive Guard Class: Junior Height: 6’4″ Weight: 316 Scouting Report: Perhaps the best interior lineman in terms of small space, moving forward run blocking. Absolute beast as a road grader with elite upper body strength. Explodes of the snap, locking onto a defender and moving defenders back like a sled drill. Has some decent agility and lateral movement that can be developed over time. Able to lock down defenders in pass pro, but works best when moving forward and with a lesser range to be responsible for. Will be prized by teams looking to develop a power run game which is a popular component of NFL offenses right now. (Why? Will be Turners replacement in 2021 at RG. #133. Scouting Report: Troy Dye School: Oregon Position: Inside Linebacker Class: Senior Height: 6’4″ Weight: 226 Scouting Report: Ideal off the ball linebacker at the next level. Has the ability to play in both man and zone concepts, and can cover ground sideline to sideline quickly. Very good read and react skills, and doesn’t take many false steps. Is extremely reliable in coverage, able to cover both bigger receivers, such as tight ends, and small, shifty running backs. Has shown flashes of blitzing skills, and is not a liability if asked to attack gaps in blitz packages. Doesn’t need to leave the field on third down. (Why? Packers want speed and coverage ability in their ILB, well, Kwiatkoski, Dye, Summers and Burks offer that.) #175. Scouting Report: Darryl Williams School: Mississippi State Position: Offensive Guard/Center Class: Senior Height: 6’2 Weight: 305 Scouting Report: Exceptional interior offensive lineman that works best within smaller spaces. Locks on to defenders and has excellent strength to secure the block. Lower body strength is also very good, and can drive defenders back in the run game to make lanes. A clear interior blocker that won’t be considered as a tackle, but when given fixed zones to work with, is an elite run and pass blocker. (Why? I see him dropping on big boards, offers IOL back up and could even push Patrick back to the IOL back up and be the starter at C.) #192. Scouting Report: AJ Dillon School: Boston College Position: Running Back Class: Senior Height: 6’0″ Weight: 250 Scouting Report: A huge, strong, solidly built power back that has rare athleticism for someone of his size. Initial impressions are of a pure bowling ball power back that will be featured in short yardage situations. However, Dillon has freakish agility and speed for a back of his size, and furthermore isn’t obsessed with making contact. A smart runner, he is always looking for yardage and not just to blow up a defender. Has good vision and looks for a hole and has surprising explosion after putting his foot in the dirt and making a cut upfield. An excellent blocker as well in pass protection. (Why? Your looking at the Packers new FB, yes, FB. Imagine a backfield of Jones, Williams or Swift with Dillon in a double set.) 53 Man Roster: QB: Rogers, Rosen and Boyle RB: Jones, Williams, Swift and Dillon WR: Adams, Bowden, Lizard, EQS, Begelton and Sharpe TE: Njoku, Sternberger, Taylor OL: Bak, McGovern, Patrick, Turner, Jenkins, Lemieux, Williams and Veldheer DL: Pierce, Clark, Hargrave, Lowry, Lancaster and Keke OLB: Gary, Smith, Smith and Ramsey ILB: Kwiatkoski, Dye, Burks and Summers CB: King, Alexander, Sullivan, Jackson and Hollman S: Amos, Savage, Redmond K: Crosby P: Scott LS: Bradley RS: Ervin After draft signing: Tajar Sharpe WR Titans 3yrs $6m 30% Cap hit $4.5m New Cap Space: $3.95m with 3 open spot for UDFA's.

Joe
I like what you did with FA except for not resigning Bulaga, but then your draft leaves me scratching my head. We have a starting RB and a second RB that can carry the workload for long stretches of the game if necessary, yet you draft Swift(who probably won't be there) and then another RB in the 7th. Bowden's a late 3rd/early 4th all day long, yet you pick him in the 2nd. You then back that up by drafting multiple IOL when you've just left a huge hole at RT to be played by a guy who is NOT an OT and wasn't drafted to be one even though you've re-signed Veldheer. Troy Dye is the only pick out of this entire mock that makes any sense though I'm not against drafting Dillon in the 7th if he is still available... 15412
You put a lot of work in this, and I like a lot of that work. I also don't like a lot of that work. Let me start with I don't like losing Bulaga or Linsley. I hate losing both beyond words. I also do not like moving Jenkins. Begelton and Sharpe at WR? I don't really like Dye, but you won't get him that late. Makes me dizzy, a lot of moving parts that aren't supposed to move....
Nick_gb
I really wish people would stop cutting Linsley to save cap, while also not resigning Bulaga. I'm sure Aaron Rodgers would be glad to know that his restructuring went to throwing a makeshift OL together so he can run for his life at 36 years old.

Packerraymond
All your mocks involve destroying the OL, I'd change that about all of them.

Agree, the window is closing on Rodgers. Keep the OL ... add a couple of weapons, a DL and a ILB or two. Don't have to blow up the team or put the team's future in doubt in doing so. In Gute I trust. pacman5252
Really dislike this scenario. OL is worse. Wr group loses a 3rd year player for a rook. I feel like we’d have a bottom 10 O. D marginally better though
CWood21
This one doesn't even make sense. Just going down the list.. 1.) Moving anything of remote value for Josh Rosen is counterproductive. If you want to swap draft busts with Miami for him, sure. But giving up anything more than that is a waste of resources. 2.) We're not spending that much on our DL. You're committing nearly $40M/year in this offseason. Only 6 teams spent that much on their DL last year. 3.) We draft a RB that high, and you're asking Aaron Jones to hold out or ask for a trade. And you're still not wanting to spend long-term on a RB. 4.) The draft is bleh.

Pugger
Sorry your mock isn't getting a lot of love but I have to agree with the others here. If you let Bulaga walk I'm glad you kept Veldheer but then you have to draft a tackle for the future. I too don't want to move Jenkins. I'm not a fan of drafting a RB in the first round either. Hopefully we can upgrade the backup QB with someone better than Rosen.
