Dr LBC Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 If Brady retires (and I really don't think he will; the dude is like The Undertaker from wrestling, he's preoccupied with legacy and doesn't want to leave that last game as being the final impression on his career), I'd expect Belichick to go HARD after Rivers in FA, ahead of anyone like Bridgewater, Dalton, or whathaveyou. The Pats' worst case scenario with a Brady retirement would be bringing Brissett back, nothing that would necessitate a trade up for the likes of Eason.
