MWil23 Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 I was really hoping that either Claypool OR Mims would fall to the 3rd/4th going into the combine, but (good for them!) they both ran well and had nice verticals to boot. Claypool as a hybrid potential would intrigue me, but worst case scenario, I believe he's going to be a nice #2 and immediate Red Zone threat, which we really need. TBH, I wouldn't mind trading both of our #3's to move up to take him/Mims, giving us something like: 1st: Wills/Wirfs/Thomas 2nd: Mims or Claypool 2nd: Winfield OT: Gives us an immediate starter and huge upgrade WR: Gives us an immediate Red Zone threat and the ability to move Jarvis/OBJ in and out of the slot and outside, to go with a healthy Njoku, and our RZ offense was ATROCIOUS last year.
