Seeing the explosive numbers from Wirfs yesterday with his mauling ability on tape combined with his hand usage makes him my #1 OT. Thomas is #2 and Wills is #3 for me. Beckton is a distant 4 for me. His size and build terrifies me in pass pro, and even though he tested well I’m concerned about his longevity and ability against edge rushers.

Man I’d say if you go off the film Wills has to be the number 1 guy. Watch them back to back. I believe Wills is clearly the number 1 OT in this class and in his own tier.

go watch him again any game and you’ll see he’s just different

If we get a good ot we have 60% of an oline, a guard should be able to be found, then we are one position away

If Baker does good we have a contending offense.

Defense needs a ton, all we have is a de and a cb and a bunch of average or good players.

We need to just be an offensive dominant team.

Cole Kmet and Josiah Deguara had a great combine as well. I feel like him and Njoku would work great.

Vikings ran the most double tight end formations in the nfl. It’s why Njoku isn’t going anywhere. Grigson + Berry in Indy also focused on having 2 TE’s as well.

Wills is very solid and technically sound, but he’s not close to the athlete Wirfs is or has the strength of Thomas. Like I said I’d gladly take any of those three though.

I say this on top of player evaluation pre-combine and then the gaudy athletic numbers guys are putting up:

(1) This is an above-average, deep draft and I want to maximize picks for THIS class. If it makes sense, I'm all for trading future capital.

(2) This is a historic WR class.

(3) This is a great OL class.

(4) This is a great RB class.

(5) There may be 10 blue chip guys who aren't QB. We're sitting in a phenomenal position and bound to have a dynamic player or two staring us in the face at 10.

(6) I'm confident at least three QB's go top-10. This year's group looks better than last year's and two went top-10 on that one.

tl;dr Berry will find us our Corey Coleman to trade down for.
