I am basically giving them rankings based on where they are on the depth chart. For example, I think Higgins is a slightly above average #3 WR. So he gets a C+.

Yeah I would consider Mims or Hamler in that spot depending on the board.

This would be a great opportunity for us to find our Chris Godwin, meaning at one point the Bucs had Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans and were pretty much set and was still in great position after Jackson left.
