The league sent a memo to all 32 clubs on Friday afternoon saying the ban would go into effect until further notice at the end of the business day. The memo, obtained by The Associated Press, adds that teams will be permitted to conduct telephone and/or video conference interviews with prospects through the day before the draft.“ No more Pro-Day attendance, in 30 player visits to the Star and no Dallas Days. only thing they are authorized to do is 3 video/tele conference per week with individuals and those must be reported to league office. now we are going to be really relying on the Scouts very heavily now.
