A housing crash is on the way anyways and projected to be gradual over Nov 2020 to April 2022. At least 20% overall, minimum. Housing crashes will always happen, no matter what. Every 11-18 years since 1800’s. It also doesn’t impact health, nor finances as you have the same payment regardless, what you agreed to pay to. It isn’t the variable loans from the Early 2000’s that will cause foreclosures. What I said is America allowing everyone to do anything with no type of lock down is going to cause this thing to spread and is really irresponsible. The country should go on lockdown soon. Let all the healthy people get it and they recover (mostly w/o medical assistance) and become immune then they won't be able to spread it. In theory it sounds like a great idea but in practice it seems like it will go horribly wrong. If you could actually quarantine healthy at risks people it would probably be super effective to keep things going as usual and without ruining businesses, getting over it quickly, etc. Especially since your advice is basically to let healthy people willingly get sick. This should be America in 10-14 days, but the fact is America (especially the Trump Administration) cares more about money than health. That’s basically a fact. This will get a lot worse. Theres little to no evidence that the covid cant exist well once it gets hot. its a myth that can be dispelled in a two minute google search. its one of many false statements you posted the last day or two. Its just wrong. its not a differing opinion like some have had hear, its just bad data or statements. and it was already clear by @Webmaster to not bring politics into it but it took less than two hours for you to do that.
