Njoku and Hooper can be a lethal 2 TE set.

Exactly and Njocku doesn’t have that pressure he can be a weapon and not your dependable target. He’s still so young he’s only 23

like Hayden Hurst didn’t come out in the draft till 24

im not giving up on David yet

But heck, if Hurst gets the equivalent of pick 60 or so, I'm listening if someone wants to give pick 30 in value for Njoku.

Right, but was that a product of them not having that or Stefanski not wanting it? Depending on that situation we could use a guy that can make plays downfield and let Baker take the shots he likes to take. The Vikings had 3 WRs on the field about 20% of the time so it's not like it never happens.

Or it could be that he likes to stretch the field side line to side line. That helps your running game and the ability to attack the middle of the field. Which in result, allow you to really attack IMO. I don’t think you need a burner. You just need a guy who can force Safeties to play honest. A TE like Hooper can do that. That’s what the Saints did for years with Graham
