Kinda sounds like Carr. Plays scared, doesn't want to cause a turnover or injury, doubts his arm, etc. We need a QB with some damn grit for once. Maybe Gruden will harden Marcus up? I doubt it. Did you? Marcus led his team to the AFC Championship Game and beat Tom Brady in the playoffs.
