I don’t think it was to be the lead horse or not, it was about being taken out of the stable in situations where his play CAN change outcomes. Diggs had 1130 yards last season, but only 4 targets per game, and that number is worse during losses. That game against the chiefs I still don’t understand how laquon treadwell had more targets lol. No thielen, they are locking up the run, and diggs has the same target share as bisi Johnson? We lost that game, but how many times did he beat 35 off the los? Facts are we didn’t use him right, def can’t say you use someone plenty with numbers like that. Jefferson matched diggs’s targets total from the entire season last year in 13 games this season, and that’s counting the first two that average fans didn’t even know he played in.
