I’d love to know what Washington offered.

I’ve read over Julio money. So at least 22. Was going to be highest paid. So, I’m glad that didn’t happen to be honest. It would have been nice to have him, but we gotta figure out some huge holes on this team. Would Coop have alleviated a lot of them? Maybe. But I don’t wanna pay 22+ to find out.

I’m curious to know what you would have done. Since it’s “way too much money”

He isnt a top 5 WR.

Julio Jones and Michael Thomas range...I would have gotten en the DeAndre Hopkins chase...

Cheaper WR....would have given a 2nd and 3rd for him

There is no way that deal was happening where the whole league knew. Every team in the nfl would have wanted that. That was just the early bird gets the worm and made the call. I highly doubt it was league wide known that was going down

This almost seems at odds with your view on keeping Quinn for 14.

Quinn once had 19 sacks in a single season, and 11.5 last year with us. Clowney has never had more than 9.5 in a single season and had just 3 last year.

Not paying Quinn 14 should philosophically eliminate the option of Clowney at 20.
